Finland Scholarship offers international students from outside the EU/EEA help in funding university education in Finland, ensuring they get the best support for making the most of their studies, nurturing their talents and launching successful careers after graduation.
Scholarship Details
The University of Oulu, Finland Scholarship covers a first-year tuition fee and a relocation grant of 5000 € which is paid once the student has arrived in Oulu. Finland Scholarships is aimed at gifted non-EU/EEA students who are liable to tuition fees and apply for International Master’s Programmes at the university of Oulu.
You can apply for Finland Scholarship with the same online application when you apply to the university in January 2023. The online application will be available during the application period. It is possible to apply for and to be awarded both the Finland Scholarship and the University of Oulu International Scholarship.
Finland Scholarships are awarded to the best applicants based on academic evaluation and the number of scholarships is limited.

Application for Finland Scholarship
There is no separate application system for the University of Oulu International Scholarship. Applications for the University of Oulu International Scholarship are submitted together with the application for the preferred study option in the Studyinfo portal.
The application period for the University of Oulu International Scholarship is January 4, 2023 – January 18, 2023 (15.00 GMT +2).
