The authorities of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has released the departmental cut-off marks for the 2020/2021 academic session admission exercise.
Inside Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA)
The Federal University of Technology Akure (simply known as FUTA) was founded in 1981 under a drive by the government of Nigeria to create universities that specialised in producing graduates with practical as well as theoretical knowledge of technologies. It is located in Akure, the capital city of Ondo State.
The university has nine Schools:
- School of Science (SOS)
- School of Earth and Mineral Sciences (SEMS)
- School of Environmental Technology (SET)
- School of Engineering and Engineering Technology (SEET)
- School of Agricultural and Agricultural Technology (SAAT)
- School of Management Technology (SMAT)
- School of Postgraduate Studies (SPGS)
- School of Health and Health Technology (SHHT)
- School of Computing (SOC)
The school runs pre-degree science programs, Short-Term courses and University Advanced Basic Science programs.
FUTA Cut off Mark (Departmental & Jamb)
JAMB Cut-off Mark:
Applicants who made the Federal University of Technology, Akure their First Choice Institution in the last UTME and scored 180 and above are eligible for the 2020/2021 post UTME screening exercise.
