University of Africa Toru Orua (UAT) Pre-Degree & JUPEB Form for 2020/2021- This is to inform the general public that admission into the JUPEB and Foundation (pre-degree) Programmes of the University of Africa Toru Orua, Bayelsa State (UAT), for the 2020/2021 academic session is now on sales.
About University of Africa Toru Orua
The Bayelsa state government, signed a Memorandum of Understanding, (MoU) with Global Education Counseling Limited, Cyprus for the commencement of academic activities at the University of Africa, Toru-Orua, Sagbama LGA. The Governor Seriake Dickson at a ceremony held in Government House, Yenagoa said “Our aim of establishing the University of Africa is to make it one of the best in the World. We believe that we can deliver. We want Bayelsa to be a centre of excellence. With the establishment of the School of Foundation, there is no need to send our children far away.”

UAT Pre-Degree & JUPEB Form for 2020/2021
JUPEB Programme: A 9-month programme that affords students the opportunity of direct admission to 200 level without UTME or Post UTME.
Foundation Programme: A 9-month pre-degree programme that affords admission to 100 level in any chosen discipline in the Degree programme.
How to Apply for UAT Pre-Degree & JUPEB Form.

- Print out and complete it.
- Pay the sum of N3000 or N10,000 for the Foundation Programme or JUPEB programme respectively, into any of the following banks:
