YABATECH Online Screening Documents [Freshmen]: This is to inform all the candidates offered provisional admission into the Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) full-time programs that the management of the institution has released the list of documents (both original and photocopies) to be uploaded online for screening and documentation process.
NOTE: Only candidates that have successfully paid the stipulated acceptance fee are eligible to show up for the screening exercise.

Note the following schedule:
- Commencement of Online uploading of Documents for Screening Exercise: Monday 11th May (List of Documents to be uploaded attached).
- Commencement of Screening Exercise: Monday 11th May
- End of Screening Exercise Friday 22nd May.

Documents Required for Upload
All Candidates are to present Originals and photocopies of the following documents to Screening Officers.
1. Data Form Print Out.
2. Report on online verification ‘O’ Level Results (SSCE/NABTEB/NECO).
3. UTME Result printout.
4. Post UTME Screening printout.
5. JAMB Admission Letter.
6. Acceptance Fee Printout.
7. Payment History Printout.
8. Testimonial from Secondary School.
9. ND (National Diploma) Result.
10. Evidence of Payment of Transcript.
11. IT Letter.
12. Acceptance History Print Out (Remita Receipt).
13. Two (2) Reference Letters signed with stamp/seal from any two of the:
a. Imam / Pastor
b. Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12
c. Lawyer
14. The principal of your former Secondary School.
15. Birth Certificate from National Population Commission, Local Government, and Hospital.
16. JAMB National Diploma (ND) Admission Letter. Candidates who graduated from Part-Time programs are to process Late Registration formally known as the Regularization of Admission on the JAMB Website and upload the receipt of the payment online as evidence for screening.
NB:
PLEASE NOTE THAT YABATECH DOES NOT REQUIRE A CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN.
YABATECH ALSO DOES NOT ACCEPT A DECLARATION OF AGE CERTIFICATES OR AFFIDAVITS FOR BIRTH CERTIFICATES.
KINDLY NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE TWO SITTINGS PLEASE UPLOAD TWO SCRATCH CARDS FOR THE RESPECTIVE EXAMS.
